    Co-Founder
    Fun Fact: Lexi has an undeniable sweet tooth and a serious passion for baking—she’s currently perfecting her ultimate chocolate chip cookie recipe. She recently nailed a sourdough snickerdoodle that was a team favorite (and disappeared within minutes).
    Favorite Movie: “Dune: Part Two (2024) left a lasting impression last year. While it’s a recent favorite, I still think about that movie and would see it a thousand more times if I could.”

    Co-Founder
    Fun Fact:     One of Owen’s happiest memories was surprising Lexi with Lakers tickets for her first birthday in LA.The game happened to coincide with LeBron James breaking the all-time scoring record, a moment they both felt especially proud of, given their Ohio roots.
    Favorite Movie: “Memento by Christopher Nolan. Rarely am I left questioning everything once a movie ends. That one really threw me for a loop.”

    Fun Fact: David’s standout moment of 2024 was October 25th, when he attended World Series Game 1 and witnessed Freddie Freeman’s unforgettable walk-off grand slam—an experience he’ll never forget.
    Favorite Movie: “Seven Samurai. If someone wants to under what it means to be a human, this film has it on full display.”

    Fun Fact: Timur claims, “I’ve never met anyone with the same name as me. I’m named after a bandit who became an emperor.”
    Favorite Movie: “Little Miss Sunshine because of the quote ‘A real loser is someone who’s so afraid of not winning, they don’t even try. Now you’re trying, right?’”

    Favorite Movie: “Where The Crawdads Sing. The plot twist left me speechless. It’s a must-watch for anyone who loves mystery and a good surprise.”

    Fun Fact:     Noah is a huge pop culture and music lover - some of his favorite artists being BLACKPINK (he’ll go anywhere to see them live), Taylor Swift, Normani, and Ryan Beatty.
    Favorite Movie: “Coco! The storyline is honestly much more complex than you’d expect for a Disney movie, and the hero’s journey with Miguel is so epic! The family dynamics are so powerful. The Mama Coco scene at the end brings me to tears everytime.”

Meet the founders

In 2017, Lexi Jameson and Owen Cappellini began working independently with brands to create meaningful content and build engaged communities on social media.

While still in college, they set out to form The Creator Code — a content-first, community-driven social media agency that brings strategy, production, and management under one roof. 👋🏻

After graduating — Owen in 2020 and Lexi in 2022 — they packed up their lives (and their cat) and drove cross-country to Los Angeles with one goal: to chase the dream of growing The Creator Code into something bigger.

Three years later, their two-person passion project has grown into a full-time team of six. Since then, they’ve worked with standout brands like Traeger Grills, WSS, LA TACO, Michelin-starred restaurants, and even a Shark Tank alum: CAKES Body.

At The Creator Code, every day starts with the same question: How can we tell our clients’ stories in a way that’s not just seen — but felt?
